Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Easton, MD, for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician. The technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. Daily responsibilities include performing inspections, conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, and addressing plumbing-related concerns when needed. The role requires collaboration with other team members and compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues effectively
- Experience in plumbing and preventive maintenance for HVAC systems
- Knowledge of electricity and familiarity with EPA regulations
- Ability to perform tasks independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Relevant certifications or licenses, including EPA certification, are strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or vocational training is a plus
- Prior experience working in HVAC systems and related fields is highly desirable
