Position Summary:
Create a safe, culturally appropriate and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies, practices and procedures. Provide direction for the program and staff. May create staff schedules and provide department administrative support as needed.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervise the participants and all activities
- Maintain effective relationships with participants, members, and staff
- Design and implement culturally responsive activity plans
- Provide department administrative support, maintain required program records
- Maintain program site and equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum age 18
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Ability to coach and lead staff
- Basic computer skills/knowledge required
- Fluency in second language desired

Ability to lead and participate in a range of activities in outdoor/indoor settings. The full range of the pay grade for this position is $18.41-$26.53.
