Job Title: Tennis Instructor
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Location: Sinking Spring, PA
Schedule: Part-time; flexible hours including evenings and weekends

About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and skilled Tennis Instructor to join our team. Under the direction of the Program Director, this position is responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality tennis instruction to players of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will foster a positive learning environment, promote participation, and represent our organization’s values both on and off the court.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach private and group tennis lessons to youth and adults of varying experience levels.

• Organize and support tennis programs, leagues, tournaments, and special events.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming tennis environment.

• Promote new and existing tennis programs to grow participation.

• Build strong, positive relationships with players, parents, and community members.

• Ensure all instruction aligns with our mission, values, and safety standards.

• 
  High school diploma or GED required.

• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching tennis.

• USPTA certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).

• USTA 10 and Under certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).

• NTRP rating of 4.0 or higher preferred.

• Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer-focused approach.

• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (or obtained within 30 days of hire).

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and engage in physical activity for extended periods; lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
