The YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking a Member Services Directorto join our team.

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading non-profit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
The Member Services Director works with senior branch staff to implement member services strategies that focus on recruitment and retention of members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and organize member services team with a focus on member experience and retention.
- Coordinate and support program and membership enrollment and systems in support of member experience.
- Assist marketing efforts focused on internal/external marketing strategies and production of material to support member experience and retention.
- Track and utilize data to drive staffing schedule and experiential decisions.
- Distribute results, organize, and maintain reports.
- Supervise all aspects of membership accounting and processes to include all transactions.
- Key liaison to Association Engagement Center.

- Must be able to pass Background and Reference checks (in accordance with the WA State Fair Chance Act).
Wage: $24.08 to $28.82 per hour (Compensation is determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, with most new hires starting between the minimum and midpoint of the posted wage range)
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
