What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Development Staff Aide position at YMCA of Orange County?
The YMCA of Orange County is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. We are actively seeking highly engaged, intentional, and service-oriented individuals for Part-time Youth Development Staff who will be working with children on a one-on-one basis or with a group of students grades ranging Transitional Kinder to 6th grade in San Gabriel Valley.

Work Schedule: General hours would include Monday to Friday 1:30pm to 6pm.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Age: 18 years old.

Experience: 6 months experience working with children preferred in an after-school, camp, or daycare setting.

Education Requirements: 48 college units or passing proficiency exam prior to hire for (non-licensed/ASES programs).
