The YMCA of Orange County is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. We are actively seeking highly engaged, intentional, and service-oriented individuals for part-time Kid Zone Staff positions.

The Kid Zone Staff will help support an engaging and well supervised setting for all participants while promoting an atmosphere where every child feels included and supported.
Location: Huntington Beach
Work Schedule:
- Monday & Wednesday 3:45pm - 7:00pm
- Saturday 7:45am-11:30am

- Maintain a healthy, secure environment through active supervision, safety checks, and proper response to incidents and emergencies.

- Lead developmentally appropriate activities, follow daily schedules, and promote positive behavior that enriches each child’s visit.
- Build Positive Connections:
- Provide welcoming, responsive service to families, encourage participation in YMCA programs, and contribute to a professional, collaborative team culture.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Age: 16 years with valid work permit.
- Experience & Skills:
- Preferred 2 years work experience with children ages 6 weeks to 11 years old.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Certifications:
- First Aid and CPR certifications required (training provided and paid for by the YMCA).
