What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Volleyball Clinic Instructor position at YMCA of Northern Colorado & Southern Wyoming?
The YMCA is seeking Youth Volleyball Clinic Instructors. This is a part-time position. This program will run on Monday evenings at the Lafayette Y from 430PM-900PM, starting January 19th through March 2nd.
The salary range is $15.00-$18.00 per hour based on experience, availability and certifications. In addition, we offer a 10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.

- Teach introductory through intermediate skills, rules of play and the Y Way to Play using your own and provided lesson plans.
- Assist in officiating, including parent interaction.
- Ensure clinics run smoothly and safely with all activities starting and ending on schedule.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Age 16 years or older.
- Significant involvement and understanding of the sport.
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 30 days.
- Know how to break down a skill and explain it so that participants can understand and perform the skill.
- Ability to organize and engage groups of children.
- Ability to communicate and work with a variety of people including kids, staff, other host staff, and community members.
