YMCA at Robertson County is Now Hiring for Family Services Coordinator, Part-time
Position Type: Part-time
Pay Range starts at $15 per hour (or more depending on experience)
Are you passionate about creating fun, safe, and engaging programs for kids? Join our team as a Family Services Coordinator, Part-time! You’ll have the opportunity to lead programs that inspire and educate youth in our community.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee YPLAY and Youth Activity Center programs, including planning activities, scheduling, and daily operations.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff while providing ongoing performance feedback.
- Create arts, crafts, and fitness programs that encourage healthy lifestyles for kids aged 2-11.
- Interact with families to address concerns and build positive relationships.
- Assist with administrative tasks and ensure supplies and facilities are well-maintained.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum Age: 18
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with children ages 2-11 (preferred); supervisory experience a plus
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Required Certifications:
- New Hire Orientation upon hire
- CPR Pro/First Aid/AED within 30 days of hire
- Introduction to Listen First within 60 days of hire
