Position Type: Part-time
Pay Range starts at $17 per hour (or more depending on experience)
Hey there! Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of breast cancer survivors and underserved communities? We’re looking for an ABC Coordinator to join our team at the YMCA of Middle TN. You’ll oversee our life-changing ABC Program, plan meaningful events, and build strong relationships with participants, donors, and partners.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Minimum Age: 18
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Health Science or Community Health is a plus!).
- You’ve got experience working with survivors or in community health (preferred).
- You’re organized, compassionate, and love connecting with people.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead and grow the ABC Program.
- Plan events, coordinate schedules, and manage volunteers.
- Keep program records organized and up to date.
- Help foster a supportive and welcoming environment for everyone.
We’ll help you get certified in CPR, First Aid, and Pink Ribbon training, so you’re set up for success.
