ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provides excellent customer service to members, guests, and program participants in the Y and on the phone.
- Conduct interviews and/or tours responsive to the needs of prospective members or participants.
- Builds relationships; helps connect guests with other YMCA's.
- Handles and resolves concerns and informs supervisor of unusual situation or unresolved issues.
- Applies all YMCA policies dealing with member services.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
