We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago. As a key member of our community hub, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our members and guests.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is highly valued in this role.
Your responsibilities will include greeting and engaging with community members, monitoring facility operations, and addressing maintenance issues. You will also actively manage customer transactions, resolve opportunities, and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
