Role Description
The Director of Talent Acquisition leads and executes a comprehensive, association-wide recruitment strategy for the YMCA of Greater Tulsa. This role is responsible for attracting, sourcing, selecting, and onboarding mission-driven talent to support operational excellence across all branches and program areas.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience managing high-volume and leadership-level recruitment.
- Experience with seasonal or multi-site hiring operations.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance standards.
- Experience with applicant tracking and HRIS platforms.
- Will travel within the Greater Tulsa Metro area between local YMCA branches, to and from recruitment fairs and community events.
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and influence stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience within nonprofit, YMCA, or mission-driven organizations.
- Bi-lingual
