Are you the Member Service/Concession Stand Supervisor we're looking for?
To thrive as a Concessions/Member Service Supervisor at the Y, you'll need a mix of leadership and multitasking skills. Your ability to supervise, train, and schedule the Concession/Member Service Desk Attendants will be essential in creating a cohesive team focused on exceptional member care. A friendly demeanor paired with excellent communication skills will help you greet members warmly and assist with service desk operations, such as scanning membership cards. You’ll excel in a fast-paced environment, serving food and beverages efficiently while keeping an eye on replenishing items at serving stations. Strong organizational skills are crucial, as you'll need to manage inventory control by assessing stock levels and prepping product orders when necessary.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma
- Friendly disposition and knowledge of excellent customer service practices
- Must be able to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills and effective conflict resolution skills
- Must be accurate in cash handling and demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Must exercise good judgment in decision making
- Must be able to work a variety of hours including weekends and evenings
- Must obtain food handler license
