Your day as an Aquatic Director
As the Aquatic Director at the Y, you will take the plunge into an exciting leadership role overseeing the safe operation of both the Fort Meigs YMCA and Perrysburg City Outdoor Pool. You'll be at the helm of innovative Aquatics programming, ensuring that every splash counts! Your responsibility will include crafting and implementing dynamic curricula and activities that inspire participants to thrive in a fun, healthy, and safe environment. You'll also have the chance to supervise, guide, and nurture a dedicated team, helping them shine while fostering growth and development for all involved.

Requirements for this Aquatic Director job
To thrive as the Aquatic Director, you'll need a solid foundation of skills and experience that make waves! A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, alongside 3-5 years of demonstrated program development and management experience, is essential.
