What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wellness Coach - Atlee Station position at YMCA of Greater Richmond?
The Atlee Station Family YMCA is seeking part time friendly individuals with a passion for wellness to work with members as Wellness Coaches. The pay range for this part-time position is $15-$17 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
- Looking for candidates who can work weekend shifts (Saturday, Sunday or both).
- We are also looking for candidates that can work weekday opening shifts (5:15-9:00am).
DUTIES of a Wellness Coach
Wellness coaches will build relationships with members, provide equipment orientations, clean equipment, and assist members on the wellness floor.
QUALIFICATIONS of a Wellness Coach
Wellness coaches must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, and have current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications. If not currently certified, we will certify you! We are eagerly looking for candidates who have a background in wellness.
