People Business Partner- YMCA of Greater Richmond

What You'll Do

• Supervise and develop People Team/HR operations staff
• Oversee HRIS, payroll, onboarding, compliance, and employee records
• Partner with Youth Development to ensure staff clearance and licensing compliance
• Support recruitment, training, and retention of high-quality staff
• Champion inclusion, engagement, and a culture of child safety
• Build strong relationships across branches and departments

What You Bring

• 5 years of HR or related experience
• HRIS expertise (UKG preferred) and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Virginia childcare licensing knowledge required

Starting Salary: $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications
