What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Services Associate position at YMCA of Greater Richmond?
The Downtown/10th Street Family YMCA is currently seeking part time, personable Member Service Associates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment to provide quality service to members and prospective members. We are currently looking for candidates that have availability between 9-6pm and can work at least 3 days a week and a weekend shift.
DUTIES of a Member Services Associate
Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting members, processing memberships, taking financial transactions and completing program registrations.
QUALIFICATIONS Of a Member Services Associate
Applicants should have excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, a high school diploma or GED and be 18 years old or older.
