- Help set up and lead games, activities, and daily camp programming.
- Assist Camp Counselors with supervising and engaging campers throughout the day.
- Encourage campers to participate and have fun in all activities.
- Be a positive role model for campers and represent the YMCA in a professional and friendly way.
- Support inclusion and teamwork among all campers.
- Help maintain camp spaces, equipment, and cleanliness.
- Adapt to different tasks and support the team as needed.
- Participate in pre-camp training.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with children and peers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
