About the Role:
The Vice President of Finance will serve as a key strategic leader responsible for overseeing the financial health and direction of the organization. Minimum Qualifications:

- Proven expertise in strategic financial planning, risk management, and financial governance.
- Strong knowledge of audit regulations and compliance requirements within the United States.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic profit models and cost management strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline.
