Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct swimming lessons for children, teens, and adults of varying skill levels
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to individual needs and progress
- Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing pool rules and safety protocols
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their technique and confidence
- Maintain a clean and organized pool area, including equipment and safety gear
- Monitor and respond to emergencies, including administering first aid if necessary
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and team members regarding student progress and safety concerns

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience teaching swimming to diverse age groups and skill levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and encourage students in a positive manner
- Knowledge of water safety standards and emergency procedures
- Physical ability to perform swimming and rescue techniques
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Shifts are Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-7:00pm. Some Fridays and Saturday mornings.
