Responsibilities
The Central Branch YMCA is seeking an enthusiastic and attentive part-time Membership Services Representative to join our team by becoming an ambassador of the YMCA who delivers a high standard of service that is efficient, effective, and member-focused at all times to our diverse community.
- Connect: Build effective, authentic relationships with members.
- Serve: Maintain member satisfaction and communication needs personally yet professionally.
- Deliver: Provide friendly service to members on the phone and in the facility.
Requirements
Candidates must be committed to contributing to the mission, culture, and values of the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne, as well as
- At least 16 years old.
- If 18 or older, the individual must have at least a high school diploma, GED, or the equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Demonstrates effective communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, reliable, self-motivated, and able to handle stress well.
- Attentive to details, organized, and proficient at other clerical and computer skills.
- Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups of people regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or cultural differences.
Salary: Part-time $11.85-$12.35 hourly
Hours Available:
- Tuesday 6:00pm-9:00pm
- Wednesday 6:00pm-9:00pm
- Thursday 6:00pm-9:00pm
