Rate of pay: $15.00 - $18.00. Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
Essential Responsibilities
- Design and develop NinjaZone programs that cater to different age groups and skill levels, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced students.
- Continuously update the curriculum based on new techniques, trends, and student feedback.
- Teach NinjaZone classes, guiding students through proper techniques of various skills, ensuring correct form to prevent injury.
- Demonstrate exercises and routines, offering hands-on guidance and corrections during training sessions.
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience working with children age group of 1.5 to 12 years of age in a recreational, instructional, gymnastics, parkour, martial arts, or youth fitness setting.
- Online training required to obtain certifications in the following (must obtain within 30 days of hire) Fundamentals of coaching, Little Ninja Certification (intro into preschool curriculum), and intermediate techniques and mechanics.
- Multi-lingual skills
- Ability to stand, walk, run, climb, bend, and demonstrate athletic movements for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, and set up program equipment.
- Ability to visually and audibly always monitor participant safety.
Salary : $15 - $18
