CUSTODIAN - Part Time
Availability Needed: Up to 15-20 hours per week

This position cleans and maintains building and exterior grounds areas to provide a safe and clean environment for members and program participants.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs daily cleaning duties that include:
- Dry mops and wet mops floors
- Cleans restrooms, locker rooms, and shower areas
- Dusts, vacuums, remove trash and clean around equipment
- Clears snow and ice from walkways, driveways and other areas as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Knowledge of standard cleaning and safety procedures, including restroom sanitation procedures
- Knowledge of safe operation of standard and/or electrical floor or carpet care, custodial equipment, lawn care equipment and ladders
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
