Are you passionate about volleyball and making a positive impact on young athletes? The YMCA is looking for an energetic, dependable, and enthusiastic Youth Volleyball Instructor to help create a fun, encouraging, and skill-building environment for youth participants of all ages and ability levels.

Position Summary
The Youth Volleyball Instructor will assist with a variety of youth volleyball programs and activities, helping participants develop skills while promoting sportsmanship and teamwork in a safe and supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Some volleyball playing and/or coaching experience preferred (Just a basic knowledge of the sport needed!)
- Experience engaging and working with youth of varying ages
- Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends during volleyball seasons
- Dependable, energetic, and committed to creating a positive experience for participants and families
Responsibilities
- Assist with or coach youth volleyball teams
- Help lead volleyball training sessions and skill clinics
- Supervise or assist with open gym activities
- Operate scoreboards during games and events
- Encourage sportsmanship, teamwork, and skill development
- Support YMCA staff in creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all participants
