The YMCA of Central & Northern Westchester is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable Before School Counselor to join our team in North Salem!

- Engage with elementary-age children through activities, games, and conversation
- Help create a welcoming and positive start to their day
- Maintain active supervision and ensure the health and safety of all children
- Work alongside YMCA program leadership and fellow staff
- Serve as a positive and respectful role model
- Morning hours — keep the rest of your day free!
- Great experience for students pursuing education, social work, psychology, recreation, or related fields
- Professional development and training
- Hands-on experience working with children

- Must be at least 16 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent (if applicable based on age)
- Experience working with children under age 13 preferred
- Dependable, energetic, and comfortable working as part of a team
