- Assist Lead Teachers and Teachers in their classrooms.
- Assist with cooking, prepping and serving meals.
- Giving Lead Teachers and Teachers breaks and lunch breaks.
- Caring for children ranging in ages from birth-5 years.
- Bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Filling in for Lead Teachers and Teachers in their absence.
- All YMCA staff are responsible for creating a safe, inclusive environment. This includes following all YMCA policies and procedures related to abuse prevention, reporting concerns or incidents immediately, and maintaining appropriate boundaries with youth and members.
- Be 18 years old.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be a positive and proactive person.
- Have great communication skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
