Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyannis, MA, for a Y Achievers Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing and developing youth-focused programs, planning and overseeing projects, and ensuring effective communication with participants, families, and community partners. They will provide customer service support, foster positive relationships, and ensure programs align with organizational goals. Additionally, the Program Coordinator will track program outcomes and implement continuous improvements as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships with participants, families, and community stakeholders.
- Experience in Project Management to plan, oversee, and execute program initiatives effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and demonstrate a commitment to the mission and values of YMCA Cape Cod.
- Relevant experience in youth development, education, or community service is advantageous.
