Calvary Church is seeking a full-time Student Ministry Director to lead and disciple students in grades 6–12. This role provides leadership, vision, and pastoral care for the church’s student ministry while equipping volunteers and partnering with families to help students grow into lifelong followers of Jesus.

- Key Responsibilities** The Student Ministry Director will oversee all aspects of student ministry (grades 6–12), including:
- Providing spiritual leadership and pastoral care for students
- Leading weekly student ministry gatherings
- Recruiting, training, and encouraging volunteer leaders
- Teaching Scripture in ways that are biblically sound, engaging, and applicable
- Leading retreats, camps, and seasonal ministry events
- Creating pathways for students to grow in spiritual formation and missional engagement
- Partnering with parents and church leadership to disciple the next generation
- Stewarding the student ministry budget and ministry strategy
