We’re looking for a pastor who is passionate about Jesus, people, and developing leaders. This role brings together two connected opportunities: investing deeply in youth and young adults while helping the whole church grow through a clear, relational discipleship pathway. You won’t simply run programs—you’ll equip people to make disciples, recruit and mentor leaders, create welcoming spaces for the next generation, and help people discover their next step with God.
MOUNT JOY MENNONITE CHURCH - We are a thriving and growing 230-year-old Anabaptist congregation experiencing revival and new life in Christ. We are building an authentic community where every seeker finds a home. In the last twenty years, numerous housing
developments have grown around our church campus of thirty acres. We are passionate to reach these communities for Jesus. To accommodate our rapidly growing congregation we are in the early stages of a building project, which will include a brand-new space for youth.
We are affiliated with LMC, a fellowship of anabaptist churches.
