What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Assistant position at YM Trading?
We are currently seeking an office assistant to support our operations and provide assistance to our five sales representatives.
The primary responsibilities for this role include:
- Managing the sales process from purchase order (PO) through to payment.
- Utilizing QuickBooks, Excel, and Outlook for invoicing, reviewing orders, and customer communication.
- Conducting product research and running reorder reports.
- Assisting with customer presentations.
- Providing general administrative support and assisting with office operations.
The ideal candidate must be highly punctual, organized, and persistent.
Pay: $18.50 - $25.00 per hour
