Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Part-Time Sitter to provide permanent attentive care and supervision for a three year old child in a safe, nurturing environment.

As a Part-Time Sitter, you will work closely with families to create a trusting relationship while maintaining a lively and organized atmosphere. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about childcare who thrive on making a difference in young lives.
Must be available Monday through Friday 7am to 8 am and after 3:30 pm for four to five hours.
Must have a clean driving record
Must be available for overnight shifts in March 2026 for two days
Duties
- Pick up and Drop off
- Homework assistance
- Dinner prep
- Bedtime routine
- Engage children with educational, recreational, and creative activities tailored to their age and interests
- Prepare snacks and light meals while adhering to any dietary restrictions or allergies
- Assist with basic hygiene routines for toddler
- Follow family-specific routines and schedules to promote consistency and comfort
- Communicate effectively with parents about children’s activities, behaviors, and needs
- Maintain a clean, organized environment by tidying up toys, play areas, and children’s belongings
Skills
- Proven experience with children through babysitting, daycare work, nannying or teaching roles
- Knowledge of infant and toddler care best practices, including feeding and developmental milestones
- First aid certification to handle minor injuries or emergencies confidently
- Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and positive communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with both children and parents
