Position Overview
The Client Solutions Specialist is an entry-level role focused on supporting client campaigns, building customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in client relations, communication, and business operations.
No prior industry experience is required — we provide comprehensive training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
- Assist customers with product and service information
- Support client marketing and outreach initiatives
- Track interactions and provide feedback to management
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly goals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
