Ykone is a global leader in social media and influencer marketing representing brands such as Formula 1, Wynn Resorts, Visit Las Vegas, Nespresso, LVMH, Abu Dhabi Tourism, Marriott International and many more.
Mission
The Project Manager will work in the YKONE Americas office and will be managed by the Client Partner, Americas. She/he will work on global projects directly with U.S. clients and often in collaboration with Ykone staff in various offices around the world.
She/he is in charge of coordinating internally and externally all aspects of influencer marketing campaign development including retainer programs and one-off projects.
She/he is in charge of managing entire project scopes with respect to timing, planning and budget. She/he has a perfect knowledge and understanding of the influencer and social media strategies, platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc.) as well as social media management and listening tools.
She/he has strong organizational and multitasking skills, and shows great agility and reactivity towards emergencies or project challenges. She/he has a significant professional experience in project management.

Job description
- Manage global, large scale influencer marketing executions for some of the worlds most trusted brands
- Oversee and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with them.
- Develop long term relationships with influencers
- Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our projects according to customer needs from strategy, creative, execution to budget & reporting.
- Production of project management documents (drive file, PMD, OP) and communication with the Managing Director Finance.
- Budget management (Project Management Tools, SalesForce,Invoicing).
- Responsible for leading the team during pitches: gather briefs, schedule a brainstorming, align on strategy, set a deadline, etc..
- Responsible for the achievement of objectives including deliverables, KPI and all targets set by clients
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Deep digital understanding
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadline
- Preference for candidates located in Miami, New York, Washington DC or Las Vegas.
