As a Recruiter you will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Your role as a recruiter:
- Serve as office liaison between branch and corporate office with personnel related matters.
- Create job ads, source, screen and interview qualified applicants.
- Onboard new employees, guiding them through company policies, their specific duties, and completing necessary paperwork.
- Actively engage with operations to identify staffing needs. Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and achieve recruitment goals.
- Follow up with schedulers and managers post-interview to assess the potential for successful placements.
- Advertise job openings through platforms like really or Linkedin.
- Engage with workforce development organizations and educational institutions by organizing and participating in job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Sourcing and candidate job placement.
- Excellent organizational skills that include the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Strong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to quickly and accurately identify critical issues.
- Effective communication skills with both peers and leadership.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook.
- Proficiency in Excel, including experience with VLOOKUPs and formulas, or a strong willingness to learn.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Have at least 2 years work experience conducting applicant sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing job applicants in a fast-paced work environment.
- Have at least 3 years experience of customer service.
- Must submit to a pre-employment drug test.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
