What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Maintenance position at Yingling Aviation Inc?
- Responsible for general repair and upkeep of buildings, vehicles, and machinery
- HVAC – replace filters, clean condensers and coils, trouble shoot issues
- Perform electrical work – replace bulbs, install ballast, repair fixtures
- Perform plumbing work – repair leaking faucets and pipes
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 5 years of building and facility maintenance preferred
- Must be able to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.
- Occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs, and frequently lifting up to 10 lbs.
1st shift Mon-Fri 7am-330pm
