What are the responsibilities and job description for the Acupuncturist position at Yin Fire Holistic Health?
Tier based pay for independent contractor (Paid hourly in one scenario or per patient in another scenario).
This is a small clinic that is growing quickly! We would love to have an additional acupuncturist join the team and stay with us for the long term. We are hopeful to find someone who has good interpersonal and rapport building skills, a positive mindset, a “go-getter” attitude, with a strong sense of self and previous work on self growth and love. We strongly believe that in order to heal others, you must also continue to heal and take care of yourself.
You are expected to have your own acupuncturist license for the commonwealth of Kentucky and liability insurance.
If you are able to start seeing your own clients then you will be able to choose your own hours and receive 40% per appointment cost (including some income of supplements sold). We will schedule, answer calls, have supplies, room, laundry, etc ready for you. As your schedule fills and you bring in a larger percentage of income, your pay per appointment increases to up to 50% per appointment. Possibilities of pay can continue to increase with negotiation of supplies, answering your own phone calls, doing additional admin work for the clinic, making your own schedule, etc.
More specifics of pay can be discussed when you apply/reach out.
Must have interest in expanding your skill set. Ideally you would be open to learning neuroemotional technique and other muscle testing modalities OR feel confident and skilled in what you do with acupuncture. We will pay for the cost of your seminar excluding travel for neuro-emotional technique. Looking for a creative individual with a good work-life balance. Ideally, you are someone who is comfortable working and running a practice on your own.
We are brainstorming new ways to combine having an acupuncturist work alongside Dr. Leslie in her Naturopathic medicine realm of things. We might consider changing to an hourly pay instead of per-patient pay depending on our dynamics of working together. If you are interested please reach out (even if you are currently in school or live out-of-state), we’d love to chat!
we can discuss relocation support as well.
