Our Los Angeles office is looking for a candidates with accounting and financial backgrounds for the Senior Financial Specialist position. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Financial Specialist located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Senior Financial Specialist will be responsible for providing financial planning support, preparing accurate financial reports, and conducting in-depth financial analyses. The responsibilities for this role also include creating financial reports, forecasting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial and accounting regulations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business financial goals is a key aspect of this position. Job ResponsibilityAccounting and bookkeeping: Experience and ability in handling all accounting entries, including invoice preparation as well as various financial report compilation and review.Execute main accounting tasks, prepare and review financial statements, analyze relevant financial information, and analyze and review any abnormal items.Accounting and bookkeeping (familiar with business tax, income withholdings, annual corporate income tax reporting practices, etc.).Cooperate with accountants on annual audit matters.Analyze operational and financial data.Independently complete company accounting and tax declaration tasks.Familiar with banking transactions, handling bank cash deposits, withdrawals, remittances, and transfers.Other tasks assigned by supervisors. QualificationsStrong expertise in Finance and Accounting3-5 years of experience in general retail or catering industry.Proven experience in Financial ReportingExcellent Communication skills with the ability to present financial insights effectivelyAttention to detail, high level of integrity, and problem-solving abilityBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldProfessional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, or similar) are a plusProficiency in financial modeling and use of financial software/toolsFluent in Chinese preferredAt least 2 years of experience working in a medium/large accounting firm is preferred.Company DescriptionALittle Tea is a power house in serving top-quality Boba and Milk Tea with 3000 store world-wide.We currently have 4 stores in the Los Angeles and are actively expanding.
