What You’ll Do:
- Lead, hire, and develop a team of Sales Representatives
- Drive branch performance and exceed sales goals
- Assign and manage leads for maximum production
- Coach your team in the field with ride-a longs and real-time feedback
- Analyze performance metrics and improve results
- Resolve customer issues and ensure top-tier service
- Run sales meetings and create a winning team culture
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or similar role with a proven record of success
- Direct sales and team leadership experience highly preferred
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate sales personnel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and metrics
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, CRM, and territory management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to adapt coaching styles to meet the diverse needs of Sales Representatives
- Must be okay to Travel
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel within the branch territory, including ride-a longs with Sales Representatives
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and engage in frequent verbal communication
- Ability to sit for extended periods and work in various environments, including on-site customer visits
