Are you a confident, personable sales professional who enjoys connecting with people and helping them make important decisions?
We are looking for a Part-Time Sales Representative to join our Colorado Springs office and help prospective clients take the next step toward finding a meaningful relationship.
This is a face-to-face, consultative sales position. You will meet individually with prospective clients in our office, learn about what they are looking for in a partner, explain how our personalized matchmaking service works, and guide qualified prospects toward becoming members.
What You'll Do
- Meet one-on-one with prospective clients in a professional office environment
- Conduct engaging, conversational consultations to understand each person's relationship goals, lifestyle, values, and expectations
- Present and explain our personalized matchmaking membership options
- Identify the prospect's needs and determine which membership is appropriate
- Build trust and establish strong rapport with potential clients
- Answer questions and address concerns throughout the consultation
- Confidently overcome objections and ask for the sale
- Close new memberships and accurately complete enrollment paperwork
- Follow up with prospective clients when appropriate
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and positive experience for every client
- Work closely with the local team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process into the matchmaking experience
Schedule
This is an in-office part-time position with a consistent weekly schedule:
- Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Total: 25 hours per week
Compensation
- $23,400 annual base salary
- 10% commission on sales
- Part-time position with the opportunity to earn additional income through successful sales performance
What We're Looking For

- Comfortable conducting one-on-one sales consultations
- Experienced in closing sales and handling objections
- Naturally personable and able to quickly establish trust

- Comfortable discussing personal and relationship-related topics with professionalism and discretion
- A strong listener who can identify a client's needs and tailor a recommendation accordingly
- Organized, dependable, and professional
- Comfortable asking for the sale
Sales Experience
Previous experience in consultative sales, membership sales, high-ticket sales, inside sales, recruiting, hospitality, financial services, luxury services, or another relationship-driven sales environment is a plus.
The ability to connect with people, build trust, and confidently guide a conversation toward a purchasing decision is more important than having experience in the matchmaking industry.
