We’re excited to welcome new team members! We are a growing residential cleaning company looking for professional cleaners who take pride in their work and enjoy helping people.
We currently serve five areas:
Fredericksburg, Woodbridge, Dumfries, Spotsylvania, and Quantico.
Cleaners travel to assigned client locations within these areas.
Position
Professional House Cleaner (3 years experience required)
Pay
● $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Tips

Schedule
● Daytime / Afternoon Shifts
● Typical Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
● Full-Time and Part-time positions available

Responsibilities
● Clean residential homes and Airbnb/short-term rental properties.
● Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces.
● Wash dishes, make beds, and complete laundry when requested.
● Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas.
● Clean baseboards, blinds, shutters, ceiling fans and remove cobwebs.
● Refill household supplies and restock items when needed.
● Work independently or with a cleaning partner to complete homes efficiently.
● Keep cleaning equipment and supplies clean, organized, and stocked.
● Deliver exceptional customer service during every visit.
Requirements
● Previous residential cleaning experience preferred (or willingness to learn if training is provided).
● Reliable personal vehicle.
● Valid driver's license.
● Smartphone with internet access.
● Strong attention to detail.
● Professional appearance and positive attitude.
● Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
