Job Summary

This role involves managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. It is crucial in understanding market trends, identifying client needs, and effectively communicating those needs to operations in North America.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, especially key OEMs (Stellantis, GM, Ford, Rivian, Nissan US) and stakeholders (Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Operations). Develop a deep understanding of the customers’ business and industry to provide customized solutions where applicable.
  • Sales & Strategy: Collaborate internally to execute sales plans; lead North America client engagements (company intros, TR meetings, product promotion).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering/Supply Chain/Operations to ensure on-time delivery; co-manage partners (e.g., CT, Lens Technology) and track open issues.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor North American industry trends and competitors, make strategic adjustments for long-term growth; prepare semi-annual reports showing market analysis (market data, client insights, product roadmap).
  • Accounts Receivable: Manage North America client payment processes for healthy cash flow.to ensure healthy cash flow. Address any issues that arise and ensure that the processes are efficient and effective.
  • Business Development: Research and participate in Securing new opportunities and explore non-automotive markets (motorcycle, marine, medical, etc.).

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem solving and critical thinking ability
  • Computer/System skills (SAP, Excel, Power BI, Sales Force, etc.).
  • Shown ability to efficiently handle stressful or conflict situations/interactions with internal and external customers
  • Ability to manage time with minimal supervision and to prioritize multiple projects

Education and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) in Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing tools.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
