Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in creating coconut drinks experiences for our customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced café environment. Your expertise in drink preparation and your ability to connect with customers will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, teas, and coconut desserts according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and ensuring satisfaction. You must be able to explain our menu to the customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and equipment.
- Adhere to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for change.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Requirements/Expectations
- Best if you have previous barista experience
- Familiarity with POS .
- Work well under pressure.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive interactions and top tier service
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
