The Digital Product Designer will work as a part of YETI's award-winning Creative Studio team in Austin, Texas and is responsible for creating beautiful digital experiences that will be used across all our digital properties. The ideal candidate has sophisticated design taste and possesses superior UI design skills. They should know how to critically think through user paths and be able to translate high-level requirements into intuitive user experiences that are consistent with YETI brand guidelines and design systems.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Digital Product Managers and Developers
- Translate abstract ideas and requirements into tangible and beautiful design deliverables
- Capability to thoughtfully craft digital experiences through the full process of UX strategy, wire framing, high-fidelity design, prototyping and development support
- Design immersive experiences through a sophisticated sense of image curation, color, typography and layout
- Ensure consistency of the YETI branded guidelines and design systems from simple tests to complex shopping funnels
- Develop UI mockups and protypes that clearly illustrate how digital products function responsively
- Design with an awareness of campaign and ecommerce content strategy
- Help ensure design accuracy within the development process through QA and development feedback work streams
- Utilize user data to enhance and adjust complex design issues
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- At least 2 years of user interaction design experience at an agency or brand side design role, with a focus on high-quality UX and content in a premium consumer or e-commerce environment
- A portfolio demonstrating a strong attention to detail and digital experience design with responsive websites
- Knowledge of wireframe and prototyping tools; Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision
- Up-to-date knowledge of Creative Cloud apps like Illustrator and Photoshop
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
- Strategic thinker with the ability to solve problems, even when they are not fully defined
- Effective presentation skills and experience presenting to senior level management and stakeholders
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java is a plus
- Position based in Austin, TX and is hybrid (3 days onsite)
US Workplace Approach:
- Onsite: Role requires you to be onsite full-time.
- Hybrid: Role requires you to be located in Austin, Texas and is a mixture of onsite and remote.
- Remote: Role is full-time remote.
