Vail | Year-Round | Opportunity to Move into Café Manager Role

Yeti’s Grind is looking for an exceptional year-round leader to join our Vail team with the opportunity to step into management of our Vail café in April 2027.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, people, and great coffee—but is also ready for more responsibility and wants to build a long-term, well paying career with a growing local company.

You'll spend your first several months learning Yeti’s Grind from the inside out—our coffee, food, systems, standards, team, guests, and culture—while working alongside our current leadership and team. For the right person, the goal is to be ready to take over management of our Vail location in April.

Previous leadership or management experience in coffee, restaurants, hospitality, or another fast-paced customer-facing business is very helpful.

Coffee experience is a plus, but great leadership, love of hospitality and thoughtful team dynamics are vital to this role.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN & DO

Initially, you'll work alongside our team and current managers to learn every part of the operation:

• Espresso, coffee, matcha, specialty beverages, and food preparation
• Guest service and Yeti’s Grind hospitality standards
• Leading busy shifts
• Maintaining quality, cleanliness, and consistency
• Handling guest concerns and solving problems
• Opening and closing procedures
• Cash handling and daily operations
• Inventory, ordering, and product availability
• Scheduling and labor management
• Training and developing team members
• Building a strong, positive team culture
• Understanding the business behind a successful café

As you grow into the role, you'll take on increasing responsibility with the goal of being prepared to lead the Vail café. The Café Manager is responsible for the overall success of the location—the team, the guest experience, the product, and the day-to-day operation of the café.

You'll lead and develop your team, maintain Yeti’s Grind standards, manage scheduling and labor, oversee inventory and ordering, and make sure the shop is consistently delivering the experience our guests expect. In short, you'll create an environment where great people want to work and guests enjoy every aspect of their visit and look forward to coming to see us again.

COMPENSATION & PERKS
