Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, market trends, and operational data.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports to track strategic goals.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, revenue growth, and cost optimization.
- Lead special projects and business case development for new initiatives.
- Model and analyze prospective growth including new site development and portfolio acquisitions.
- Evaluate project feasibility, deal structure, and investor returns.
- Identify and analyze primary risks affecting investment opportunities.
- Drive and execute acquisition due diligence, including coordination and management of third parties.
- Analyze current asset performance and develop projections.
- Provide support with quarterly investor requests and due diligence materials.
- Procure and analyze internal and third-party budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across departments.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8 years of experience in business analysis, corporate strategy, investment, asset management, or acquisitions.
- Experience working directly with C-suite executives; prior Chief of Staff experience is a strong plus.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of retail or convenience store operations is highly desirable.
