Marketing Coordinator - Design

Position Responsibilities:

• Supports in areas such as loyalty, store signage, social media, advertising campaigns, PR and customer service related to loyalty program issues.
• Designs and produces advertising campaign assets for use across any digital and traditional channel including loyalty, in-store digital screens, music and messaging, search, social (imagery, copy and video).
• Designs updated store signage when necessary, working with internal partners and vendors.
• Designs graphics for private label packaging, logos, promotional products, for review and approval form internal leadership and external vendor prior to going to print.
• Manages the partners tab for loyalty rewards app, oversees contest and sweepstakes for customers and employees.
• Assists with maintaining loyalty program details such as points accumulations and rewards balances.
• Maintain a central repository of advertising assets including design, content, packaging, and campaign execution.
• Updates intranet content and ensures accuracy of repository of advertising materials (design, content, and packaging).
• Collaborate with others to brainstorm and introduce new strategies, tools, and ideas.
• Assist with general day-to-day needs of the marketing department.
  
  

Qualifications:

• One to three years of B2C or B2B administrative marketing or advertising experience, experience in a marketing or advertising agency or retail marketing experience preferred.
• Adobe Create Suite proficiency required including Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom and Canva
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and adjust workload to meet changing priorities.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced, high energy, collaborative environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
  

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to coordinate projects and work in various teams to deliver high quality results.
• High proficiency with MS Office, specifically Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Adobe Creative Suite and Canva proficiency required.
