Accounts Payable Clerk (Part-Time)

Position Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile nontrade invoices and payments, including utilities, marketing, and advertising, etc.
• Ensure correct sorting, matching, and approval of invoices/receipts by working with all levels of personnel in various departments.
• Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and entering account transactions.
• Assist with month-end close.
• Maintain monthly close reporting timetable and monitor progress against reporting cycle milestones.
• Provide efficient client service.
• Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years’ accounts payable experience preferred.
• Previous PDI software experience preferred.
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality required.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines required.
