Position Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
- Review, approve, and properly code invoices.
- Assist Technician teams with parts ordering and inventory management.
- Manage and prioritize work orders within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), including assignments to internal Technicians and 3rd party vendors.
- Maintain asset database within CMMS.
- Conduct open work order follow up with internal Technicians and 3rd party vendors.
- Create presentations and reports as needed.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize them effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem solving.
- Strong organization skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing priorities and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
- Experience in facilities, fuels, or maintenance field.
- Experience with facility management software and tools.
