SAP Solution Architect and Delivery Leader

Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture and Design
Own end to end architecture oversight for SAP BTP, Incture’s Cherrywork technology, SAP ECC, integrations, security and data flows; challenge solution design, lay out customization and design choices and architectural tradeoffs.
Incture Delivery Oversight
Provide input to Client internal lead managing the SI relationship; independently validate delivery plans, estimates, milestones, staffing, resource quality, dependencies, and adherence to contracted scope.
Client Platform & Technical Team Alignment
Platform team alignment, bridging potential gaps with SAP, BTP, Basis, Security, Integration, Infrastructure and Enterprise Architecture teams; secure independent validation and technical checks and balances on Incture delivery.
Deliverable Quality & Acceptance
Coordinate independent review of architecture, FS/TS, NFRs, interfaces, mapping sheets, and technical deliverables; work with Platform team to understand compliance, identify deficiencies and recommend acceptance to designated Client approvers.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner with Product, Business, Engineering and PMO across vendor onboarding, BP management, article management, and cost management; resolve technical interdependencies without taking over their functional ownership.
Risk, Issue & Executive Escalation
Identify and challenge technical, integration, vendor, and delivery risks; validate mitigation plans; escalate material blockers to Client IT VP/SVP and governance bodies when required.
Delivery Assurance & Operational Readiness
Oversee SIT/UAT support, cutover, go-live and hypercare; validate security, production readiness, critical defects, knowledge transfer, and supportability.
Governance
Scrutinize scope delivery, change requests; distinguish in-scope clarification from new capabilities; advise Client authorized leaders on decisions.
