OMS Lead

Key Required Skills:

• Minimum 8 years of eCommerce/OMS experience.
• 6 years of Blue Yonder/Manhattan/IBM Sterling/Fluent Ecommerce OMS experience is must with preference to BY.
• Should have done at least one design of the overall OMS architecture for a from scratch/enhancement
• Should have good knowledge on all the key OMS capabilities and workflows including STH, SFS, BOPIS, BORIS, 3PL, Drop Ship, International Orders etc.
• Should have good understanding of the Inventory workflows and integrations in OMS to derive real time availability metrices and publishing of the same to channels like ecommerce, social commerce, pos channels etc.
• Expert in at least one of the Cloud Services (AWS/Azure/GCP). AWS will have weightage.
• Should have good knowledge on general cloud services like API Gateways, Serverless Functions, Message Broker services like Event Bus/Event Bridge/Kafka/Kinesis etc.
• Experience in microservices frameworks and development. Java Spring boot being the preferred one.
• Good knowledge on API concepts, technologies such as REST, JSON, GraphQL and Swagger
• Knowledge in event driven architecture and reactive programming
• Knowledge in integrations via API’s and third-party systems (specifically Payment gateway, Fraud check)
• Strong knowledge latest web technologies, CI/CD concepts etc.
• Good knowledge on in memory / distributed caching mechanisms like Spring/EhCache or Redis.
• Good Retail domain knowledge
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and JIRA

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good knowledge working on cloud native environments
• Added advantage if having experience in integration layers Kafka, Kinesis, payload transformations, adhering to NFRs using the message broker etc.

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Good communication skills and be adept to converse fluently with customer on solutions, ideations, problem resolutions etc being the face of team from offshore.
